The facilitator must inspire participants and provide an opportunity to share experiences, ideas, concerns and wisdom. This includes understanding how adults like to learn and what they expect from a training session.

An optional activity is provided to explore how the facilitator’s role aligns with the role others play to make the learning experience successful.
