Step 5 - Generating Discussion

Generating discussion through questioning techniques is one of the most powerful skills a Fearless Facilitator must hone. Through discussion, video demonstration and an exercise, this step introduces four types of questions. Refer to pages 11-17 of the preview participant materials (PDF pages 9-15) to review the worksheets provided during this step. Optional Activity Provided: The Learning Styles activity provides mini case situations to give participants a chance to explore how to best accommodate various learning styles when giving direction, debriefing an activity or generating a discussion. |
