Step 2 - Introductory Activity Highlights

During the introductory activities, participants are:

Asked to list characteristics of ineffective meetings they have attended
Introduced to the concept of “ground rules” – a list of agreements that help the meeting stay on track
Asked to estimate the number of hours they spend in meetings each week

These lists represent three powerful touchstones that will be built upon and referenced throughout the workshop to emphasize the use of new tactics and skills.
